Reverse Field Configuration

FRC research is published, funded plasma physics: a toroidal plasma current generates a magnetic field that closes on itself, confining the plasma compactly without the center column a tokamak needs. Dense plasma focus devices, compact fusion efforts (including the Lockheed Skunk Works compact fusion reactor the corpus discusses at length), and rotating-plasma experiments are all part of the public record.

The corpus's leap from confinement geometry to free-flying engineered object. Public FRCs live inside vacuum vessels, last milliseconds to seconds, and consume enormous power; the corpus claims classified engineering solved containment, duration, and energy supply decades ago - sourcing that claim to pattern-reading of patents, program names, and insider testimony rather than to reproducible results.
